This class is the centre piece of our gyms programming. The structure for these classes was designed to cater for all ages and athletic ability, with scaling options to all movements. Workouts will vary from day to day and will consist of a range of functional movements programmed to provide a broad base of general physical preparedness; or in other words improve members health and fitness across the board from serious strength, speed and endurance gains to improved mobility, motor patterns and body composition. Athletes will be encouraged to log their progress on our state of the art Wodify software that displays their workouts, records their progress and alerts them every time an improvement is made.

Our specialist classes are for everyone and much like our signature Crossfit class are tailored to all skill levels and ages. We recommend using these addition classes to work on weaknesses highlighted by the main Crossfit class so that you can begin to build more advanced movements into your daily Crossfit training.

This class focuses on providing our members with high quality coaching on the correct techniques, drills and accessory work needed to learn and improve Olympic weightlifting. This class is for all abilities and is a must if you want to start utilising Olympic lifting in the classic Crossfit group sessions.

Strength is essentially the building block to capacity, simply explained if you are stronger you have more potential to do work load. With this in mind our strength based class looks to be a fun, varied route to gaining strength and therefore the potential to build greater endurance, power and speed. Utilising a mixture of classic barbell movements (squats, deadlifts and presses) and strongman lifts (yokes, atlas stones, logs and tyres) the class looks to build raw strength supported by supplemental movements including unilateral work, sled pulls/drags, jumps and sprints.

We have a team of coaches who specialise in coaching endurance athletes. Implementing methods from CrossFit Endurance, our program is geared toward improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. Unlike traditional long, slow distance training we eliminate unnecessary volume and repetitiveness by creating varied, intense and specific training sessions. Education in this class is heavily biased towards improving quality of movement for running, cycling, skiing and rowing, through this we can improve performance and reduce injury.

These classes are designed to be a place to work on the basic skills, movement and mobility needed to perform and improve the gymnastics within CrossFit. Alongside learning classic Crossfit gymnastic movements like pull ups, muscle ups, handstands and hollow/superman positions this class will also utilise a number of other basic gymnastic supplemental movements including ring work, callisthenics and basic tumbling. Gymnastics is a great addition to any fitness programme as it improves posture, movement, spacial awareness and strength.

No previous gymnastics experience is necessary and classes will be a relaxed low-pressure environment.

The mobility class is designed to help you improve mechanics, which in turn will lead to improved performance in all physical activity and reduce the risk of injury. This class will provide members with the tools to perform basic body maintenance through foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger point, self- massage, and stretch band work. The routines will be varied and often biased towards improving relevant movements for Crossfit eg. Squatting, overhead position etc.

Our team workouts are great social event, which gives our members insight into the fun of team competitive Crossfit. Like all our other classes all workouts are tailored allowing top Crossfit athletes to compete side by side with their beginner friends. The team class is a great way to experience a completely new side of training, where what is learnt in other classes can be put together in a fun, friendly and sporting environment.

30 Minute Fitness! A quick high-energy version of our classic Crossfit class for those pushed for time, but need their daily training fix.

While our Group Coaching program is designed to provide a comprehensive fitness education programme for all our members regardless of age or ability, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats 1:1 coaching. If you are completely new to exercise we would suggest that it would be useful to see one of our expert coaches 1:1 for a few sessions just to get you up and running so that you can get even more out of the classes. Our 1:1 coaching programme is also perfect for those who wish to speed up more specific goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, improving specific techniques, competition prep or just prefer a more personal setting for training.

A perfect complement to any fitness regime because it helps to improve form and range of motion while exploring a deeper mind and body connection!
