Kids & Teens will learn the fundamentals for basic movements relevant to daily life as they grow and mature, all in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Whether your child is a beginner to a fitness programme or regularly participates in sports then this programme will help to provide the tools needed to improve young individuals functional fitness, team work and social development.
CrossFit Kids focuses on teaching core fundamental movements (squatting, jumping, rolling, pulling etc) to develop the overall ability to move and function in various active environments.
This Programme is for girls and boys of all fitness levels and capabilities ages 8 to 16 years old and is designed to promote fun fitness through games, challenges, and relays. Kids (8-12) and teens (13-16) are split into two separate classes with the structure in place that the kids class is the stepping stone to the teens and the teens a stepping stone to the adult class set up.
